Introduction to APA Referencing Online
This session will introduce you to the basic principles of APA referencing, including:
- How to construct a reference list
- How to do narrative and parenthetical citations
- How to summarise, paraphrase and set out quotations
It will also demonstrate how to use the Cite Them Right online referencing resource
Please note: this session is for students studying on a programme that requires the use of APA referencing. If you are studying on a programme that uses Harvard referencing, or one of the other referencing styles please do not register for this workshop as it will not be applicable.
