Environmental Science students – Academic Librarian Clinic

Environmental Science students – Academic Librarian Clinic Online

**Please note that due to the ongoing situation related to coronavirus, all sessions are subject to change at short notice.**

Need research to support your assignments? Not sure which database(s) to use? Or how to search it? Got a question about referencing?

If you're not sure how to get the best from the Library and its resources, come along to this online clinic (delivered through Blackboard Collaborate) and get the opportunity to ask your Academic Librarian, Hazel Glasse directly.

This clinic is for students studying on the following programmes:

  • Acoustics and Noise Control
  • Biology
  • Environmental Management and Health
  • Geography
  • Geology and Environmental Hazards
  • Zoology

Please come with a clear idea of what you want help with - this is a Q&A clinic aimed at helping with specific issues or questions, not a workshop.

There are also lots of Help videos covering different Library resources that you can access via the Library Resources Help guide (have a look at your Subject Guides  to find these).

If you are on the attendance list you will recieve a link to the online room in your confirmation email (so please make sure you've put your email address in correctly.)

If you're on the waiting list you will recieve a confirmation email but there won't be any link to the online room - if you then move from the waiting list to the attendance list you will get a new email containing the online room link.

If you cannot attend please cancel so that people on the waiting list can move up.
