Academic Voice - StudyFest 2020 Online

This session is an introduction to identifying Academic voice in written literature and how use it when writing assignments. When used correctly, it allows the writer to use declarative sentences without the use of personal pronoun 'I' to distinguish between other authors thoughts and words and their own. The session will look at examples of how Academic voice can be implemented in a piece of writing and assess why it is so important.
