It’s time to Experience! Developing Resilience as a key employability skill - StudyFest 2020 Online
This session will cover a short introduction to the Student Journey Plan on the CES website and encourage you to gain relevant work experience and why it is important. One of the most important skills gaps that employers have recognised is that of resilience – think about how you might develop this as you plan and experience work placements.
