Open access: funder mandates

Open access: funder mandates Online

This session will look at interpreting and understanding the open access policies of some of the large external research funding organisations such as Research England, UKRI, cOAlition S, Wellcome Trust etc. It will explore why this is important and how to ensure compliance whilst retaining author choice in relation to routes to publication. This session should appeal to research active members of staff and students who are bidding for research funding who may be new to scholarly communications, and for those more established researchers.

Please be advised that this session will not cover any subject specific guidance for undergraduate or masters level study. Please consult the Enhance Your Learning calendar of events which are ran by our fantastic Academic Librarians for further information: https://libcal.derby.ac.uk/calendar/events?cid=4256&t=d&d=0000-00-00&cal=4256&inc=0
