Open access: getting published

Open access: getting published Online

This session will look at getting published with a focus on open access: considering the different routes to achieve open access and what this means for the dissemination of your research and fundamentally for your stakeholders. The session will also address the important topic of copyright transfer agreements, exclusive and non-exclusive licences, Creative Commons and the cOAlition S Rights Retention Strategy. This workshop will be co-delivered by Repository and Open Access Librarian, Holly Limbert and Copyright and Licensing Adviser, Donya Rowan. This session should appeal to research active members of staff and students who may be new to scholarly communications, and for those more established researchers.

Please be advised that this session will not cover any subject specific guidance for undergraduate or masters level study. Please consult the Enhance Your Learning calendar of events which are ran by our fantastic Academic Librarians for further information: https://libcal.derby.ac.uk/calendar/events?cid=4256&t=d&d=0000-00-00&cal=4256&inc=0
