                Inclusive Literature Searching Online
This session addresses inclusivity and language equality in literature searching. It should be of interest to research active students and staff, and those interested in exploring the world of academic publishing generally. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion, and your input is most welcome!
The session will offer practical tips on:
- considering the systems you use to find journal articles and other outputs - how do they choose what to include and how is it classified?
 - analysing the scope of your literature search / sources
 - searching for grey literature, such as guidelines and policy documents
 - taking advantage of database features e.g. geographic searches, language filters

NB: This session does not offer step by step guidance on how to carry out a literature search. For information / literature searching sessions please look at the library's filtered calendar here.
