Literature Searching: Dissertations In-Person

This is an IN-PERSON event taking place at MARKEATON STREET - MS314.

This workshop is focused on supporting students at the dissertation stage of their studies.

It covers:

1) how to design a literature search strategy,

2) how to use controlled vocabularies (e.g., MeSH) to improve your literature search,

3) advice and strategies on managing search results,

4) how to critically evaluate source relevance.

This session will help equip you with the information and strategies you need to create a first-class dissertation!
