Literature Searching in Practice: CINHAL Ultimate In-Person

Our Literature Searching in Practice workshops are designed to help you make sense of academic databases and refine your searching skills so you can take your research to the next level.
This interactive session will provide practical searching advice and demonstrate effective use of the EBSCO databases for finding research, trials and studies in Health and Nursing subjects. In this session, we will cover CINHAL Ultimate, a full-text database for Nursing and Allied Health research.
Our Skills Librarians will introduce you to the database, propose a research question, and demonstrate effective use of key terms, operators and filters to locate useful, accurate information.
This session will be particularly useful to students undertaking Nursing or Allied Health degrees.
