Join our Skills Librarians for a relaxed talk about the art of self-reflection - a critical skill in life, not just academia! From this session, you'll come away with a practical reflection framework designed to get you thinking about the skills you have and the ones you'd like to build during your time in higher education. This workshop will help you prepare for your studies and feel more calm about your transition into self-directed living.
